Doc's Wine & Food

The docs story is simple one.  Simply put, it was meant to be a gathering place that bonds community through food, beverages and most importantly, hospitality. In August of 2010, Docs opened its doors and continues to evolve.

The philosophy is to give our guests an experience in an atmosphere where they can be comfortable but still enjoy food, beverages and services without formality or pretension. The food has an emphasis on classic creole food and fresh seafood but not limited to these dishes. We also put importance on classic cocktails as well as seasonal drinks. Patrons can also enjoy a wine list that covers both New and Old World juice.

In short, our goal is to provide a first class experience for its graciousness in hospitality, comfort, and unique food and drink and a place of shared community involvement.

We look forward to seeing you!

It Be Bad!

Elmers BBQ has been in Tulsa for 35 years!

Elmer's started as a very small restaurant with only  five tables.  When news got around about the quality and the deliciousness of the food we were able to expand our vision into a full service restaurant. Our expanded restaurant now has 22 tables and seating for 80 people inside and patio space for 12.

Customers from all over continue to enjoy the food, the outstanding customer service they receive, and place us at the top of the list of their favorite BBQ restaurants.

Our goal is to offer our customers great food at an affordable price.  We guarantee freshness in all of our meats & ingredients preparing each food item to "Be Bad!" just the way our customer's like.

KEO Asian Cuisine

KEO opened its doors to the public in August 2007, but the concept for KEO began several years beforehand. Owners Bill & Zahidah Hyman recognized the growing trend toward healthy dining options and the consumer’s preference for more choices. In addition, they noticed the growing popularity of Asian cuisine. KEO is the answer to these three culinary trends. At KEO, we offer the best dishes from a variety of countries in Southeast Asia including Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Malaysia, all made to order. We use only fresh ingredients prepared in traditional manners, served in a full service atmosphere.

Step into a hip, modern, southeast Asian
restaurant where upscale meets casual.

Mondo's Ristorante Italiano

“Great Italian restaurants are built by families, not corporations.”

Mondo’s roots are in the birthplace of Italian cuisine in America- New York City.

My father Angelo Aloisio immigrated from Abruzzi Italy. He soon became an Executive Chef in the Big Apple. Through him, I developed a passion for fine Italian cuisine.

Using our one-of-a-kind family recipes, I opened the first Mondo’s in 1969. The quality of the food spread by word of mouth, and Mondo’s quickly became known as one of the best Italian restaurants in the region. With the help of my sons Rob and Mike, we’ve won numerous awards, including “Best Italian Restaurant in Tulsa”.

To this day, our restaurant has remained stayed true to our family values and our family recipes, without cutting corners on cost or quality. Simply put, we are the best.

“Taste history.”

Cent’anni,

Lou and Rob Aloisio

Oren

Locally Sourced, Regionally Seasonal, Globally Influenced

Located within Center 1, Brookside’s premier retail district. The cuisine has a foundation in French and European Technique with an emphasis upon using locally sourced, high quality, fresh foods.

Oren is a fruit and vegetable forward restaurant meaning much of the menu development begins with the local produce and there will be an emphasis on technique to bring out the best of the produce as opposed to luxury products. While Oren is not a vegetarian restaurant, those with dietary restrictions will find themselves well accommodated.

Torchy's Tacos

Who says you need a business plan to start a taco joint? After living it up at his fancy executive chef job, Mike Rypka decided to take his head full of ideas elsewhere and chase his dreams. He soon found them in Austin with a newly-acquired food trailer and a red Vespa scooter. A house was mortgaged. Credit cards were maxed out. Most importantly, some dreams came true. Torchy’s Tacos opened for the first time on South 1st at Bouldin Creek

Trader Joe's

It all started in the 50s... Would you believe we started out as a small chain of convenience stores? It’s true. Way back in 1958. We were called Pronto Markets. In ‘67, our founder, the original Trader Joe, changed our name (yes, to Trader Joe’s) and the way we do business.

We made the stores bigger (if you can imagine), decked the walls with cedar planks and donned our crew in cool Hawaiian shirts. Most importantly, we started packaging innovative, hard-to-find, great-tasting foods under the “Trader Joe’s” name. That cut our costs and saved you money. Still does. And that’s important, because “Value” is a concept we take very seriously. And by ‘Value,’ we mean great everyday prices on all of our great products — no sales, no gimmicks, no clubs to join, no special cards to swipe... How do we do it?

We buy direct from suppliers whenever possible, we bargain hard to get the best price, and then pass the savings on to you.

If an item doesn’t pull its weight in our stores, it goes away to gangway for something else.

We buy in volume and contract early to get the best prices.

Most grocers charge their suppliers fees for putting an item on the shelf. This results in higher prices... so we don’t do it.

We keep our costs low — because every penny we save is a penny you save.

It’s not complicated. We just focus on what matters — great food + great prices = Value.
